China project

This partnership project was commissioned by SQA to develop HND materials for use in China and Scotland's colleges. Free of charge and available through COLEG, these materials are written and peer reviewed by subject specialists from our member colleges and are quality assured by COLEG. The frameworks and units are listed in Project News.

The benefits to COLEG of participating in this project are:

• development of learning materials for about 150 units and more than 200 credits
• strengthening of partnership working with SQA
• working in an international context
• providing staff development to subject specialists in Scotland's colleges
